By submitting a nomination for the Industry Mover Award, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Nominations are open to individuals, teams, and organizations that meet the specific criteria outlined for each award category.

• The nominator must ensure all information provided is accurate and complete.
   

2. Submission Guidelines

• All nominations must be submitted through the official nomination form before the published deadline.

• 10 slides presentation about your initiative must be uploaded as specified in the nomination instructions.

• Our esteemed panel of judges places the highest value on the following key areas during the evaluation process:

  • Innovation and Creativity – Demonstrated originality in ideas, solutions, or approaches that distinguish the nominee

  • Business Growth and Performance – Evidence of sustained growth, strong performance metrics, and measurable success

  • Leadership and Culture – Excellence in leadership, team development, and the promotion of a positive organizational culture

  • Customer Service and Satisfaction – Commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Social Impact and Sustainability – Meaningful contributions to social responsibility, environmental sustainability, or community engagement

  • Industry Contributions – Noteworthy influence, thought leadership, or advancements within the relevant industry or sector

3. Payment Policy

• A non-refundable nomination fee applies to each entry.

• No refunds will be issued once the nomination has entered the review stage by the judging panel.

• The review process typically begins within the first three (3) business days of receiving a complete nomination and payment.

• By submitting a nomination and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, regardless of the outcome of the judging process.

• The fee covers administrative, processing, and evaluation costs incurred upon submission.
   

4. Review Process

• All eligible nominations will be reviewed by an independent judging panel.

• The panel’s decisions are final and not subject to appeal or dispute.
   

5. Confidentiality

• All information provided in the nomination will be treated as confidential and used solely for evaluation purposes.

• Judges are bound by confidentiality agreements and will not disclose any details outside the review process.
   

6. Award Decisions

• Winners will be notified according to the published timeline.

• These timelines are subject to change at the discretion of the Industry Mover Award organizing team.

• The organizer reserves the right to withhold an award if, in the opinion of the judges, no suitable nomination meets the criteria.
   

7. Publicity

• By submitting a nomination, you grant the organizer the right to use the name, logo, and excerpts from the nomination for promotional purposes, if selected as a finalist or winner.
